The Integrated software and informational system “KROS”

Abstract: The article describes functions of the information system “KROS”, which consists 2 subsystems “BOS” (block of dispatcher’s schemes) and “BARS”. Complex “BARS” works for organizing a base of calculation circuits of power pools and regions, which have different level and volume. After equivalent or pooling circuit construction there are creates and uses new calculation circuits of two types (search network and equivalence network).

Calculation of the optimum thickness of thermoinsulation for collectors of sunlight installations

Abstract: In the work the task of calculation of the optimum thickness of thermoinsulation for collectors of sunlight and accumulators of the heat is considered. The simplified model of calculation and the technique based on an estimation of efficiency of investment projects is offered. It is shown, that at calculation on the simplified model which are not taking into account financial streams, the overestimated values of thickness thermoinsulation turn out.

Control law design for the fuel consumption system of steam drum boiler taking into consideration the economy of energy resources

Abstract: The cascade control system is examined. Main features of the sytem are the PIcontroller in the external control loop with introducing the functional component of the error signal of the external control loop with the negative feedback of the error signal between the prescribed value of steam flowrate and the signal of the steam flowrate in the exit of the boiler in the internal control loop.

Design of the control law of the steam drum boiler level taking into consideration energy economy

Abstract: The cascade system for maintaining the level in the steam boiler drum was investigated. Main features of the system are it’s variable structure which changes depending on the load variation relative to its previous value, and the use of the model of the drum level in dependence of the feedwater flow rate.

Decoupling Interconnector

Abstract: Active power flow in transmission lines can be stabilized using the Interphase Power Controller (IPC). It is a series connected controller consisting of two impedances, one inductive and one capacitive, subjected to phase shifted voltages. The paper addresses the principal aspects of IPC as power flow stabilizer, explains the basic theory and operating characteristics with the methodical approach to cost evaluation of the components.

Minimization of dispersive effects in the difference scheme telegraphic equations

Abstract: Paper deals with difference scheme for the system of telegraph equations, which describes the potential’s and current’s waves diffusion in a long line, considering Earth as the return line. Using the first differential approximation was obtained the approximation of the differential equations with the minimized influence of the dissipative and dispersing terms.

Measurement methods and interpretation algorithms for the determination of the remaining lifetime of the electrical insulation

Abstract: The paper presents a set of online and offline measuring methods for the dielectric parameters of the electric insulation as well as the method of results interpretation aimed to determine the occurence of a damage and to set up the its speed of evolution. These results lead finally to the determination of the life time under certain imposed safety conditions. The interpretation of the measurement results is done based on analytical algorithms allowing also the calculation of the index of correlation between the real results and the mathematical interpolation. It is performed a comparative analysis between different measuring and interpretation methods. There are considered certain events occurred during the measurement performance including their causes. The workingout of the analytical methods has been improved during the during the dielectric measurements performance for about 25 years at a number of 140 turbo and hydro power plants. Finally it is proposed a measurement program to be applied and which will allow the correlation of the online and offline dielectric measurement obtaining thus a reliable technology of high accuracy level for the estimation of the available lifetime of electrical insulation.

Definition of a matrix of the generalized parameters asymmetrical multiphase transmission lines

Abstract: Idle time, without introduction of wave characteristics, algorithm of definition of a matrix of the generalized parameters asymmetrical multiphase transmission lines is offered. Definition of a matrix of parameters is based on a matrix primary specific of parameters of line and simple iterative procedure. The amount of iterations of iterative procedure is determined by a set error of performance of the resulted matrix ratio between separate blocks of a determined matrix. The given error is connected by close image of with a margin error determined matrix.

The account of sagging of wires at definition of specific potential factors of air HighVoltage Power Transmission Lines

Abstract: The opportunity approached is shown, but more exact as it is usually accepted, the account of sagging of wires at definition of specific potential factors air HighVltage Power Transmission Lines. The technique of reception of analytical expressions is resulted. For an opportunity of comparison traditional expressions for specific potential factors are resulted also. Communication of the offered and traditional analytical expressions is shown. Offered analytical expressions are not difficult for programming on a personal computer of any class and besides they allow to make an estimation of an error of traditional expressions by means of parallel definition of specific potential factors by both ways.
